If you have forgotten your Windows password and cannot login to your computer, there are ways to get back in.
The idea is to reboot from installation media (which could include a USB stick) and overwrite the utilman.exe with cmd.exe. Then a further reboot will allow you to use Windows-U to get into the command prompt and create a recovery user.
