Then a further reboot will allow you to use Windows-U to get into the command prompt and create a recovery user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find details of how to do this through an internet search, or alternatively contact your local IT expert to do it for you<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Laptop or BIOS password reset<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some computers are set up with a power-on password which you need to enter before Windows even starts to load.
